• El Rio y Mar will send you an envelope containing your airline ticket/s and other travel related documents along with your bag tags. Please make sure that you properly attach your bag tags in your luggage before or upon check-in at the airline hangar for proper and easier identification and claiming at the Busuanga airport.
• Required airline check-in time is one (1) hour before departure time. Sort your luggage whether it will be hand-carried or not. El Rio y Mar airport representative will be present to assist you on your departure from Busuanga. Feel free to approach him/her.
• Once inside the plane, please make sure to listen attentively to the pilot/s for any specific instructions. Try to capture Dimakya island and its surrounding islands from the plane’s window using your camera and/or video camera.
• Upon arrival at the Busuanga airport, please endorse your return flight tickets to our airport representative/s for reconfirmation and for safety keeping purposes. Ticket/s will be returned to you on the day of your return flight to Manila.
• Our Guest Services Officer will lead you to board the jeepney. Please check if the designated porters loaded all your luggages properly. Please advise our GSO immediately of any luggage that are missing or needs special handling.
• Outrigger boats await you at the end of the bridge to take you to El Rio y Mar. Let our staff’s friendly smiles and a delightful drink welcome your safe arrival.
